Privacy Policy

Account data. Your email address, an optionally supplied display name, and a hashed form of your password. We never store your password itself — only a one-way hash that cannot be reversed.

Consent records. When you accept our Terms and Risk Disclosure we record the date and time, the version of the document you accepted, and — where our infrastructure provides it — the IP address and browser details of the request. We keep this so we can demonstrate what you agreed to and when, as described in section 5.

Usage data. Standard technical information generated by using the service, such as request logs, which we use to keep the platform secure and working.

Early-access signups. If you leave your email to be notified when access opens, we store that address and which form it came from. This is kept separately from account data and is used only to contact you about access.

To provide and secure your account, to send service emails such as password resets and email confirmation, to keep records of the consent you have given, and to let you know about access or changes to the service.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your email address to send marketing unrelated to the service unless you have asked to hear from us. Leaving your email for early access is treated as consent to be told about launch access, not as consent to receive general product marketing.

We use service providers to operate the platform, including cloud hosting and transactional email delivery. These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service. We may disclose data where we are legally required to do so.

Our record of your acceptance of the Terms and Risk Disclosure, together with its timestamp, document version and the technical details of the request, is kept as evidence of consent and to meet our record-keeping obligations. It is retained for as long as the account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can demonstrate compliance if asked.

Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your account record and its associated acceptances are removed, subject to any legal or accounting requirement to retain particular records for longer.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Passwords are stored only as hashes, sessions use signed, http-only cookies, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
